Bending Spoons agrees to acquire Miro for $1.355 billion

Bending Spoons has agreed to acquire workplace-collaboration platform Miro in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.355 billion in enterprise value, or approximately $1.79 billion including Miro’s net cash. Some Miro shareholders will reinvest $295 million of their proceeds in newly issued Bending Spoons equity. Miro serves more than 250,000 organizations and has nearly 4 million paying users, with about $600 million in annual recurring revenue and most revenue coming from business and enterprise customers. Bending Spoons said it plans to invest in Miro’s performance, reliability and functionality while operating the companies independently until the deal closes, which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 pending regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. The acquisition continues Bending Spoons’ expansion through purchases of digital businesses, including Airtable.
