Brandi Glanville Schedules Surgery to Probe Years of Facial Disfigurement

Brandi Glanville, 53, a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, announced on the Oct. 8 episode of Brandi Glanville Unfiltered that she scheduled exploratory surgery in a couple of weeks. She has spent more than $113,000 over four years on facial disfigurement that began in 2023. Glanville said something is in her face eating it and that she is pretty sure a worm is living in her face; she said doctors identified a fungus and a benign tumor near her jaw. Diagnoses include highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis and Mononucleosis. She said surgeons will insert balloons into her Eustachian tubes so everything can drain. She told James Maas surgery scares her but she is excited to get her life back. Gina Rodriguez started a September GoFundMe that raised more than $23,000. Kyle Richards, Vicki Gunvalson and Claudia Jordan gave financial support; Yolanda Hadid connected her with doctors. Gunvalson said Sept. 17 she donated and wished Glanville continued healing. Surgery is set for later this month.
