Zendaya and Constance Zimmer Draw Eyes on Emmy Red Carpet
The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards red carpet featured custom couture, runway-inspired gowns and statement jewelry as stars arrived at Los Angeles’ Peacock Theater on Sept. 14. Constance Zimmer drew attention in a black sequin column dress with diamond jewelry while celebrating her supporting-actress nomination for Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette, a series that earned seven nominations and became FX’s most-watched limited series on streaming. Other highlighted looks included Supriya Ganesh’s ice-blue ruffled gown and Keltie Knight’s cropped white T-shirt paired with a pink ball skirt, while Zendaya, Sarah Pidgeon and other nominees generated anticipation over their appearances. The ceremony’s fashion spotlight continued a long Emmy tradition of daring ensembles, including sheer dresses, plunging necklines and other revealing looks that have become memorable moments in the awards’ history.
