Fermi selects CBRE for five-year operations role at Texas data center

Fermi has selected CBRE as the exclusive operations and maintenance provider for the first data center at its Project Matador campus near Amarillo, Texas. The agreement runs for five years from when the building is ready for service, with options to renew and add future campus buildings under the same operating framework. CBRE will prepare staff, procedures, and maintenance programs ahead of launch and oversee critical systems, including cooling, fire protection, and building operations, to support reliable data-center performance.
