Former Pastor Charged in Alleged $350K Church Theft

Paul Leo Tremblay, 58, a former Southall Church employee in White House, Tennessee, was arrested and charged with felony theft after investigators alleged he took more than $350,000 in church funds for personal use over nine years. Tremblay most recently served as the church’s financial stewardship pastor. The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office began investigating after the church reported suspected theft in August 2025, and a grand jury indicted him on a charge involving property valued at $250,000 or more. He was booked on a $75,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Williamson County Circuit Court on Sept. 30.
