Hacksaw Forecasts 11-12% Q3 Revenue Growth

Hacksaw released preliminary Q3 2026 guidance on Oct. 12, 2026, estimating revenue at €57.5 million to €58.5 million, up 11% to 12% year over year. Adjusted operating profit is expected at €48 million to €49 million, up 14% to 16%, with the adjusted operating margin rising to about 83% from 81%. That compared with 30.4% revenue growth in Q2. Shares fell nearly 30% in early trading; one reading put the decline at 27.06%. The company said growth slowed because of a weaker market environment and game performance lower than in recent quarters. CEO Ana Vrabic Verdir said commercial development remains strong and the development team is well positioned to continue delivering high-quality content. Redeye said revenue and EBIT missed its €64.2 million and €52.3 million forecasts and that weak growth was surprising given a high pace of game launches after Q2. Redeye expects to cut 2026-2028 revenue and operating-profit estimates by 5% to 10% and sees 15-25% growth over the next two to three quarters before a return toward the company's 30% target in the second half of 2027. Hacksaw will report full Q3 results on November 3. Mean analyst consensus is BUY from four analysts. The company has 304 employees.
