Law Firms Announce Multiple Investor Lawsuit Deadlines
Several law firms are soliciting investors for securities class actions alleging that companies and executives misled shareholders about business performance, risks or corporate governance. XTI Aerospace investors have until October 27, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff status in litigation alleging undisclosed executive activities and ineffective disclosure controls; the company’s stock fell 15.9% after it disclosed an internal review and a delayed quarterly filing. Papa John’s investors have until November 2, 2026, to pursue lead-plaintiff status in related litigation covering purchases from August 7, 2025, through August 5, 2026, with complaints alleging the company understated problems with its strategic transformation and competitive position. The allegations followed Papa John’s disclosure of an 8.3% decline in North American comparable sales, a suspended dividend and a sharply reduced 2026 outlook. Pentair investors have until October 2, 2026, to seek lead-plaintiff status after the company reported that inventory destocking reduced second-quarter pool-segment sales by about $170 million, announced its CFO’s immediate departure and saw its stock drop 15%.
