Northpointe Authorizes Up to $30 Million Buyback

Northpointe Bancshares authorized a stock buyback program of up to $30 million, running from October 22, 2026, through October 22, 2027. The Grand Rapids-based bank holding company said repurchases may occur in open-market or privately negotiated transactions, subject to market conditions, its financial position, regulatory requirements and securities laws; the authorization does not require it to buy shares and can be changed or ended at any time. CEO Chuck Williams said the program gives the company another way to allocate capital while continuing to invest in growth, and shares rose 5.7% in after-hours trading following the announcement.
