Officials Hold Diplomatic Meetings Across Four Countries

Officials held a series of meetings focused on diplomatic, economic and investment cooperation. In Doha during the World Investment Forum, Qatar’s prime minister met MSCI’s chairman and CEO to discuss cooperation, while Qatar’s foreign trade minister and the GCC secretary-general discussed coordination on trade and investment. Qatar’s ambassador to India also met Kerala’s chief minister to discuss cooperation between Qatar and India. In Washington, Kuwait’s defense minister met Kuwait’s ambassador and reviewed the embassy’s work to strengthen ties with the United States. Separately, Sudan’s prime minister met Egypt’s deputy foreign minister in Harare, discussing economic cooperation, Sudan’s reconstruction, regional developments and diplomatic coordination.
