Olivia, Noah Lead BabyCenter’s 2026 Name Rankings

BabyCenter’s 2026 rankings kept Olivia and Noah at the top, while Eliana rose from No. 7 to No. 2 among girls and Elias and Leo entered or returned to the boys’ top 10. Magnolia was the only new girls’ name in the top 100; Milo, Stetson, Archer and Dean joined the boys’ list, with Dean’s return reflecting renewed interest in a mid-century favorite. Several names fell sharply, including Leah and Brooklyn among girls and Christian and Ryan among boys. Looking ahead to 2027, Nameberry’s forecast points to continued interest in vintage names, with parents reaching further back for inspiration from ancient history and mythology.
