Reports: Incendiary Device Thrown at Atlanta ICE Office

The FBI is investigating after an incendiary device was thrown at the federal building in downtown Atlanta that houses an ICE office and an immigration court Tuesday night. The device reportedly caused minor damage, and no injuries or known ongoing threat to public safety have been reported. The FBI said agents and evidence specialists are examining the scene; several reports said no arrest had been announced. One report, however, says federal authorities are pursuing arson and government-property charges against a 28-year-old suspect, a claim not confirmed in the other accounts.
