Sanofi raises 2026 outlook, Dupixent sales jump 35%
Sanofi reported stronger-than-expected third-quarter results, with sales up 16.2% to €14.44 billion and business earnings per share rising about 22% to €3.55. Dupixent sales climbed nearly 35% to €5.7 billion, while newer drug launches also grew strongly; vaccine sales fell 6.6%, partly because respiratory-prevention sales occurred earlier. The company raised its 2026 outlook, now forecasting low-teens sales growth and mid-teens growth in business earnings per share at constant exchange rates. Sanofi also emphasized preparing for the period after Dupixent’s future loss of exclusivity, while its leadership is considering larger acquisitions to replenish its pipeline.
