Securities Class Actions Target Four Companies

Securities class action lawsuits have been announced against Capricor Therapeutics, Ryde Group, Fractyl Health and Taboola, each seeking recovery for investors who purchased shares during specified periods. The Capricor complaints allege the company changed the statistical analysis plan for its Duchenne muscular dystrophy treatment, Deramiocel, without FDA agreement, creating regulatory risks that were not reflected in its public statements. The Ryde complaint alleges a social-media-driven stock promotion scheme, including misleading claims and coordinated share sales, while the Fractyl complaint alleges that Revita’s efficacy and clinical prospects were overstated and that operational problems at trial sites undermined results. The Taboola complaint alleges the company failed to disclose growth in low-quality publisher relationships and the potential earnings impact of exiting them; all of these claims are allegations in the lawsuits.
