Trader Joe’s, Onelife slated for $500M Midtown64
Trader Joe’s and Onelife Fitness will anchor the first phase of Midtown64, a planned $500 million, 46-acre mixed-use development near West Broad Street and I-64 in Henrico County, with completion expected in 2028. Onelife plans to invest $24 million in its first Richmond-area club, a two-story facility spanning more than 65,000 square feet, with amenities including an indoor saltwater pool, fitness studios, recovery services and a kids’ club. Midtown64 is also planned to include retail, restaurants and entertainment, offices, apartments, townhomes and a hotel; Onelife says it plans additional Richmond locations but has not disclosed their sites or timelines.
