UN Chief Urges Interdependence at General Assembly

At the U.N. A separate initiative backed by Germany and Japan calls for a permanent U.N. panel on inequality, modeled on the climate science panel, to assess evidence and recommend solutions. Montenegro also urged greater international cooperation, respect for international law and peaceful resolution of disputes.
