New Mexico Sues Epstein Advisers Seeking to Block Estate Payouts
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez filed a federal civil lawsuit accusing Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime lawyer Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn of helping facilitate and conceal Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation, including alleged abuse at Zorro Ranch. The suit seeks to block the men, co-executors of Epstein’s estate, from receiving assets while the case proceeds, recover money, and direct funds toward survivors and state costs. The estate is valued at more than $100 million, and the complaint alleges the men received substantial payments from Epstein and benefited from arrangements connected to the operation. Indyke and Kahn deny knowing about or participating in Epstein’s abuse. The lawsuit comes amid renewed state scrutiny of alleged crimes at the New Mexico ranch, where Epstein was never charged.
