Actor and comedian Seth Rogen and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) clashed on Twitter over President Joe Biden’s decision to rejoin the Paris climate accord.
In his statement, Cruz criticized Biden for making the move and said the president is disregarding the interests of Americans.
“By rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement, President Biden indicates he’s more interested in the views of the citizens of Paris than in the jobs of the citizens of Pittsburgh,” he wrote.
Cruz added, “This agreement will do little to affect the climate and will harm the livelihoods of Americans.”

Rogan replied, “F**k off you fascist.”
Cruz later responded, “Charming, civil, educated response.”
The senator went on, “If you’re a rich, angry Hollywood celebrity, today’s Dems are the party for you. If you’re blue-collar, if you’re a union member, if you work in energy or manufacturing…not so much.”
Rogan then told Cruz, “Go encourage a white supremacist insurrection again you f**king clown.”

Rogan then wrote, “If you’re a white supremacist fascist who doesn’t find it offensive when someone calls your wife ugly, Ted Cruz is the exact motherf****er for you.”
He claimed to be “in four unions.”

Biden announced the nation’s return to the agreement to fight climate change on Wednesday, as IJR reported.
Cruz backed former President Donald Trump in his efforts to challenge the Electoral College results and faced backlash from Democrats following the riots at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
He claimed he was not inciting violence with his questions about the integrity of the election.
“What I was doing was the exact opposite of inciting violence,” Cruz said.
He continued, “What I was doing is debating principle and law and the Constitution on the floor of the United States Senate. That is how we resolve issues in this country without resorting to violence.”
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) criticized both Cruz and Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) for objecting to the results, as IJR previously reported.
“I don’t know how they can live with themselves knowing that people have died because of their words and actions,” he said during an appearance on CNN earlier this month.
