Mikko Rantanen scored all three Dallas goals, including a power-play winner 3:52 into overtime, as the Stars beat Boston 3-2, ending the Bruins’ five-game winning streak and earning Dallas its third straight victory. Rantanen twice tied the score in regulation, completing his first regular-season hat trick with the Stars. Matthew Poitras and James Hagens scored for Boston; Jeremy Swayman made 22 saves and Jake Oettinger stopped 18. Boston went scoreless on four power plays and finished its road trip with seven of eight possible points.
