Wallace offered his take on the notable changes taking place during the 2020 Republican National Convention.

"She really flayed, sliced and diced Donald Trump."

"He's going to have to be more exposed and take questions just as tough as I asked this president."

Fox News hosts are pushing back in Wallace's defense.

"I guess I should have said I was detained."
