A source familiar with Biden's thinking said the president-elect does not view foreign policy and domestic policy as separate realms, and believes experience in one is relevant to the other.

Rice offered a scathing review of the Trump administration, describing it as "racist to its core."

Rice suggested that Russian players may have a part in the protest escalations.

"President Obama asked if Comey was saying that the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Comey replied 'potentially.'"
