Seton Hall Set to Host LIU Opener

Seton Hall opened its season with a 66-42 win over Saint Peter’s, holding the Peacocks to 42 points as guard Roddie Anderson III led the Pirates with 15. Coach Shaheen Holloway praised the defensive effort but said the team’s guard play still needs improvement. Seton Hall next hosts LIU, which lost its opener to Florida Atlantic after briefly drawing even late in the game. Last season, Seton Hall went 21-12 and averaged 70.3 points per game, while LIU finished 24-11.
