Putin Meets Iranian Security Chief, Receives Khamenei Message

Russian President Vladimir Putin met Iranian security chief Mohsen Rezaei at the Kremlin in Moscow. Iranian state media said Rezaei delivered a message from Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, but did not disclose its contents. Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov and military intelligence chief Igor Kostyukov were also present, according to an image circulated by the Kremlin.
