Odesa Officials Report Russian Strike Damaged Postal Logistics Facility

Russia said it struck vessels carrying military cargo bound for Ukrainian Black Sea ports, including Odesa, as well as logistics and port infrastructure. The Russian claims could not be independently verified. Separately, Odesa regional officials reported that a Russian strike damaged a postal operator’s logistics facility in the south of the region, including its façade, windows and equipment; they reported no casualties and said cleanup was underway.
