Trump signs order designating Oval Office and Cabinet Room landmarks
President Donald Trump signed an order designating the Oval Office and Cabinet Room as historic landmarks during an event in the Oval Office on Nov. 5. The White House streamed the signing on its YouTube channel. Earlier pool reports said Trump had no press-accessible events scheduled; reporters were later called to the Oval Office, while a separate gathering was organized for a first lady event. The press office also announced a lunch break in the schedule.
