LaMelo Ball Lists Charlotte Condo for $2.6M

LaMelo Ball has listed a 3,495-square-foot condo in Charlotte’s Uptown for $2.6 million, following his trade from the Hornets to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The home in The Trust has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a private terrace. Mecklenburg County records indicate Ball bought this unit for $2.2 million in 2023; he also owns a separate condo in the building, purchased from former Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton in 2024, which is not currently for sale.
