76ers, Bucks Expected to Meet October 24

The Philadelphia 76ers beat the Milwaukee Bucks 127-116 to improve to 3-0, while Milwaukee fell to 0-3. Joel Embiid led Philadelphia with 28 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists, and the Sixers’ 43.2% three-point shooting helped secure the win late. Milwaukee held significant advantages in rebounding, points in the paint and fast-break scoring but still lost. LeBron James sat out for lower-back management, and Embiid said he wanted to play in Philadelphia’s next game, urging reporters to pressure the coaching staff to let him.
