Thunder reportedly acquire Clifford for two picks
The Oklahoma City Thunder acquired second-year wing Nique Clifford from the Sacramento Kings in exchange for two second-round picks: Utah’s 2028 pick and Minnesota’s 2030 pick. Clifford had fallen out of Sacramento’s rotation, but Oklahoma City is adding depth as it deals with injuries to Chet Holmgren, Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace. Clifford’s defense could help the depleted roster, though the Thunder will need to open a roster spot to complete the move.
