Orlando Magic earn first win, beat Knicks 111-102

The Orlando Magic earned their first win of the season with a 111-102 road upset of the defending champion New York Knicks, overcoming an early 12-point deficit despite missing Paolo Banchero with a high ankle sprain expected to sideline him for several weeks. Franz Wagner led Orlando with 23 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists, while Anthony Black made an impact in his season debut and Tristan da Silva added 19 points. The victory followed two opening losses for the Magic and came as the Knicks also sought to rebound from consecutive defeats.
