Pistons Stay Unbeaten, Beat 76ers 106-93

The Detroit Pistons improved to 3-0 with a 106-93 road win over the Philadelphia 76ers, overcoming absences among several contributors as Cade Cunningham scored 26 points and added eight assists. Detroit built an early lead and used rebounding and second-chance opportunities to hold off Philadelphia’s comeback attempts; Tyrese Maxey scored 29 for the 76ers. The Pistons have also beaten Eastern Conference contender Boston, and Cunningham said the team would keep moving forward despite outside doubts. During his first week with Philadelphia, LeBron James recorded a 17-point, 10-rebound double-double in a record-setting 29-point comeback win over Cleveland, and also had his first loss and first start at center.
