Kade Anderson Earns First MLB Win Over Rangers

Seattle Mariners left-hander and former LSU star Kade Anderson earned his first major league win Wednesday in a 3-2 victory over the Texas Rangers. The 22-year-old delivered his best outing in four starts, allowing one run on six hits and one walk over six innings while striking out five for his first quality start. Anderson overcame a second-inning solo homer by Jake Burger and preserved the lead through a tense sixth inning, including a strikeout of Wyatt Langford and a changeup that retired Burger.
