Broncos’ Jaylen Waddle exits with chest injury
Broncos wide receiver Jaylen Waddle left Denver’s 30-16 win over Arizona in the fourth quarter with a chest injury after a botched reverse. He had four catches for 48 yards and was limited in practice earlier in the week with a chest issue, raising the possibility the play aggravated it. Coach Sean Payton called the reverse a bad decision, saying he knew better, after Waddle recovered the fumbled exchange and was injured as he went to the ground. Waddle did not return, and Denver had not provided a further update as it prepared for its Week 8 matchup with Kansas City.
