Vikings Fall 19-15 to Lions; Jefferson Declines Interview

The Minnesota Vikings’ six-game winning streak ended with a 19-15 loss to the Detroit Lions, exposing ongoing concerns about the team’s offense. Justin Jefferson caught five passes for 33 yards and a touchdown on nine targets, then declined to speak with reporters after the game. Quarterback Kyler Murray and coach Kevin O’Connell said Jefferson’s frustration was understandable and acknowledged the Vikings need to find more ways to get him the ball, even as defenses focus on limiting him. The loss also sharpened questions about whether Minnesota’s passing game can become more consistent against top opponents.
