Seahawks tight end Elijah Arroyo is being placed on injured reserve after hurting his shoulder while trying to recover a fumble in Seattle’s loss to Denver. He will miss at least four games, and the team’s bye week means his earliest possible return is Week 12 against San Francisco. Arroyo has recorded one catch for 17 yards on two targets this season. Seattle signed veteran tight end Josiah Deguara to its practice squad for added depth while Arroyo is sidelined.

Four games minimum on IR is rough but better than risking more damage if the shoulder is bad. Hope the kid bounces back strong.
Arroyo looked promising early on so this shoulder hit at the wrong time. Seattle better have a plan at tight end for the next month.
