Broncos Inquire About Trading for Cardinals Tight End McBride

The Denver Broncos asked the Arizona Cardinals about acquiring tight end Trey McBride before the Nov. 10 trade deadline, but Arizona has no intention of trading him. McBride, 26, is among the NFL’s top tight ends, coming off a record 126-catch season in 2025 and leading the league with 66 receptions through eight games this year. He is signed through 2029 on a record-setting extension. Denver is seeking more production from the position; Evan Engram has 13 catches for 136 yards this season, and the Broncos are expected to explore other options.
