Broncos Prepare for Week 9 Panthers Matchup

After a comeback win over Kansas City, the 6-2 Denver Broncos are focused on beating Carolina before their bye and extending their winning streak. Quarterback Bo Nix said coach Sean Payton emphasizes treating every game as important, with Denver sharpening its practice details and communication rather than looking ahead. The Panthers have been inconsistent but can score explosively, making the matchup a potential trap despite their recent losses. Denver also faces a historical hurdle: the Broncos have struggled in early Sunday games on the East Coast, including under Payton.
