Packers' Second-Leading Tackler Ruled Out vs. Lions

Packers linebacker Zaire Franklin will miss Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions after taking a knee to the shin in a collision during practice. Coach Matt LaFleur said the injury is not believed to be long-term or to involve a broken bone. Franklin, Green Bay’s second-leading tackler with 41 stops, joins Edgerrin Cooper on the sidelines, leaving the Packers to rely on Isaiah McDuffie, Ty’Ron Hopper and potentially Nick Niemann against Detroit.
