Skattebo Expected Back in Giants' RB Rotation

Cam Skattebo is expected to return to the New York Giants’ running back rotation Sunday against the Houston Texans after being benched for most of last week’s loss to the Saints. The second-year back said he learned from the decision and had a strong week of practice; his reduced role followed a costly overtime fumble against Washington, his fifth in 13 career games. Coach John Harbaugh said Skattebo remains a major part of the season, and he is expected to share the primary workload with Tyrone Tracy Jr., with Devin Singletary also available. The Giants released veteran Najee Harris this week as they reshape the backfield.
