Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell said he has full movement in his lower body and is making progress regaining movement in his upper body after a neck injury during Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. Campbell, who remains hospitalized, said he is optimistic and taking his recovery day by day. He also thanked his family, teammates, and the medical personnel who treated him on the field and at the hospital.

The medical team and fans deserve the thanks he gave. Lions could really use him back healthy next season.
Neck injuries can be tough but his progress on upper body movement is encouraging. Hope the optimism holds up.
Glad to hear Campbell already has full lower body movement after that neck hit. Sounds like a solid step toward recovery.
