Cowboys to Miss Five Players Against Colts
The Cowboys will be without wide receiver George Pickens, whose hamstring injury limited his practice work, and cornerback Joey Porter Jr., who was limited by an ankle injury, against the Colts. Dallas will also be missing receiver KaVontae Turpin, linebacker DeMarvion Overshown and tight end Luke Schoonmaker. Pickens’ absence leaves CeeDee Lamb, the team’s leader in catches, yards and touchdowns, as the central target in a passing attack looking to rebound from a 33-30 overtime loss to Arizona. Ryan Flournoy and the Cowboys’ other available receivers will also be asked to help fill the gap.
