Jack Campbell Reports Movement After Neck Injury
Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell said he has full movement in his lower body and is regaining movement in his upper body after suffering a serious neck injury during Sunday’s 19-15 win over Minnesota. He was taken from the field on a backboard and remained hospitalized overnight; the team initially said preliminary indications were positive and limited further details out of respect for his family. In his first public update, Campbell thanked medical staff and supporters, said he remains optimistic, and is focusing on recovery. Coach Dan Campbell and teammates have expressed relief at his progress and continue to support him.
