Miranda Lambert named Cowboys Thanksgiving halftime headliner for charity drive

Miranda Lambert will headline the Dallas Cowboys’ Thanksgiving Day halftime show against the Philadelphia Eagles at AT&T Stadium on Nov. 26. The performance marks the 30th Salvation Army Red Kettle Kickoff, a tradition that raises awareness and support for the organization’s holiday campaign and local social services. The Cowboys and the Salvation Army say the campaign and show have helped raise more than $3.4 billion over the years. Lambert, who grew up in East Texas, said she is glad to return home and take part in a tradition focused on bringing hope to families in need.
